What we built with Prisma is really a new kind of ORM it works very differently than these traditional ORMs that suffer from these big model instances. under the hood and it's very easy to accidentally trigger trigger database queries where you didn't extend intent to actually trigger a database queries this can get really expensive not only in time that your users are waiting but also in the time that afterwards you need to spend debugging this so here comes the really nice part about Prisma and that's that the data model is still declarative.
