i don't know how do you give people the wings and the freedom to just unleash and allow yourself to make mistakes when you're so wired to feel shame around that well i think uh first of all they intellectually have to get it and then they have to emotionally experience it because there are two brains in ours. They should understand that most learning comes from making mistakes if you if you don't make a mistake you're probably doing it right, he says. If you have some boss who wants you to follow instructions and doesn't give you necessarily the ability to find your own way or question you're probably not going to be in a good environment.
