The Future of Technology and Information

I ran a group called the multi family housing Institute, which was a apartment industry effort to create a database of transparency in performance of apartment buildings. And we were too early because the technology didn't exist. Even if everyone could share their data, it wouldn't work. So I do think that those insights are very important in terms of running a business. But as important is the fact that our investors are demanding more and more transparency and more and more insights of their own. We're even having a hard time keeping up with how much data our investors want.
