Ice cream's not something even me, most of us, associate with an african heritage thing. You know, you've got companies like pillsbury that have worked with a blackwoman cook from texas named lucille to come up with their biscuit recipe. The company, you know, that idea came from a pullman porter. Manyof dishes were not even for the people who were preparing it. It wasn't until generations later and for special occasions that some of the dishes become part oof an africans culinary culture.
