Final Victories in the New Deal
I love thinking about this idea of final victory, but it's oftentimes if you, and this actually has to be a problem on the new right. I think what's scarier is when people want a particular party because that's not based on substantive content. It's based on just wanting your party to be in power by any means necessary. If we don't have respect for democratic procedures then how would that work? The only other option seeking these final victories through non-democratic force is violence.
