A lot of what you have to know to do a job effectively nowadays is stuff that you're only going to need to know for say a week, a month or maybe a year. How does this fit into the L&D workflow and what might they do to support it? Well, I think that L&D has a very narrow focus, unfortunately. And quite often they don't talk to each other. So instead of creating the knowledge base, having things ready and pumping it down to the employees or the workers, I see a reverse flow in where it's individuals sense making,. Individuals then sharing, then work teams working together and narrating their work.
