I think self awareness is imperative. Your ability to look at yourself and see where you need to improve, your circle needs to continuously improve. There's always a progressive component to it that, i think, in a weird kind of way, keeps you young. Yes, we're all competing because there are only but so many gigs. And the more honest you can be with yourself, the better off you will be. So it's a great time, but it's agreat time only if you're prepared for it to be a great time.
