The Problem With the Golden Calves

The story of Jer, Jaihu and the golden calves shows that he was not careful enough to walk in the ways of the Torah. He wasn't as zealous as he should have been for God but still needs a savior like Jesus. No matter how good someone is, they are all imperfect instruments who we're going to mess up - big or small.
