Canadian Development Market - What's Your Take on the Market?
The bank of canada just raised interest rates again, point seven, five % this morning. There's a lot of doom and gloom out there. To sell condos or town homes, you have to compete in a way that you don't in vancouver. And eventually something's got to give. i would love to tell you that the governments are somehow going to buy me cheap or two by force. It's not seeming like that going to happe.
