The Best Way to Make Money in This Country Is to Build a Profitable Business and Sell It

The best way of doing no money down in my opinion is you build a profitable business. You do an inter-company loan or a dividend from and there's no tax on dividends between companies from your trading company into your property company. I just think if you are taking private investors money and then refinancing it for yourself and you're able to pay them back we don't see this as a sustainable long-term goal so one waste energy.
