The Church Was the Pillar of Truth, the Buttress

In the 80s is when I became a believer. They would talk about how the Old Testament God was this God of wrath and holiness. And then we progressed in the New Testament to forgiveness and gentleness and grace. So we just study the New Testament because we're in a new world now. But you guys, anyone who reads the Old Testament and doesn't see the grace of God all through the Old Testament, I've got a question whether you really read it. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
