How Does Enforcement Fit in With Traffic Police?
There's little oasis around India of improving parking management in the streets and off street as well. In Chennai recently, they had an area known as quality bizarre, which redesigned its streets. They found that there were so many two dealers and personal water vehicles on the footpaths. So, we're seeing this kind of a little bit learning from tractors, etc. as well.
