The Big Problem With Providing Health Services From Outside

There's always been this debate in the global health community between these external innovations where people parachute in and you know inject people or maybe give them bed nets. In none of those countries has outside funds ever been able to provide a functioning health service with good maternal child and maternal care, I mean this sort of thing. So the big problem with providing health services from outside is that they make the indigenous health services much worse.
