The Importance of Consciously Contributing Unconsciously
I think a lot of us that are kind of in the space of education or activism saw that decline, right? You saw that like, everyone's like crying with you. And then when it's like, oh, I've been educated now I have to be nicer to people of color. It's still an obligation. Like so deeply ingrained. The goal is not to hate white people. But certain people just want to hear from you and go, I did my work. That's done.
