I think that's one of the main causes or something that might cause people to feel burned out in the first place right. Just focusing on yourself and kind of really understanding what you want in your life and in your career is super helpful. I'm trying to find a therapist now to kind of talk through stuff but that'll help to just kind of. You know give you better mental things to talk about, obviously exercise like physical activity helps your brain a lot.
