How to Deal With the Cost of Living Crisis

I was listening to a talk that you did or a hot bar on this issue. I would love to get your advice around what are the few things that people could do to deal with the cost of living crisis from an Islamic perspective. So I can only speak on spiritual side of things. I'm not a finance person. That's all right. We'll cover that. On the spiritual level though. There are loads of problems. There're multi-faceted. There's like the practical financial side but then there's also spiritual side. Sometimes the spiritual side is more impactful than the financial tangible kind of things you can do as well.
