How can you reinforce behaviors? Well, lots of possibilities. One is to form a habit. Habits are the reason why I wasn't born as someone who's on time. And I develop habits. There are things that kick into play automatically for me because I've done it so many times and I've been burned. You don't want to be in the car knowing you're going to be late. That's a bad feeling. So I have this habit right now where I'm going to default to the safe road as opposed to taking a risk.
