Non Believer - Should I Stay in a Relationship With My Boyfriend?

My boy friend has now realized he doesn't know if he can ultimately marry a person who isn't of faith. He fears what the ramifications of being in an inter faith marriage will mean for us as a couple. I am not going to give him false hope and promise that i'll convert, because i'm trying to stay true to my sense of self. Should i stay in this relationship knowing he might some day say he can't marry me because i'm not christian? Or should i break up with him now, even though i love him? Your advice would be appreciated.
