Google's mission is to make the technology that powers Google available to everybody or not. We want an entrepreneur in Poland, a person working in an ministry in Africa,. An individual sitting as a small business in Indonesia to have the same technology that sits and powers Google. That mission, I think, attracts people. And during the pandemic in particular, where most people were joining us without that person to person connection, that common purpose is what kept the organization focused.
