The Importance of Connective Tissue Training in Climbing

Eric: The value of you know thinking more in terms of connective tissue training but to give something actionable here just in a nutshell. Let's take two different finger training exercises one being isometric hangs on a hangboard and the other being campus training where you're let's say latering up the campus board or doing double dinos on the campus board both exercises are training the same finger flexor muscles and the same tendons that you know attached to the bones in your fingers. They're all being stressed they're all you know through the loading of those two exercises however when it comes to the adaptations that result from those two different exercises they're markedly different.
