Use the airline ap on your phone that you're flying, so that in the event that there is a problem with your flight, you're not standing in some stupid line or trying to call a phone number they're going to answer next week. Before you book a hotel, go read trip adviser reviews on that hotel. You can't look at the star levels. You have to read the reviews because so many of em are fake. The plague has infested the travel industry. And trip adviser has got to figure out a way to fix this.
