In my view, i think it involves inviting students to be collaborators with you, the teacher. It is silly to assume that anyone who is coming to any type of training,. but in this instance, polati's teacher training, is an empty vessel. And so how do you use that as a jumping off point for then helping this person discover em what type of instructor they want ted become? I give them the information and the tools that they need.
