Is This the Future of Cardiovascular Ventilation?
New mode called chest compression synchronized ventilation. It delivers very short duration, low volume, high pressure breaths that are synchronized to every compression of the chest. What's exactly the opposite to what we would think and in indirect conflict with what we can would expect to be the right way round. So is this the future of cardiacres ventilation? Who knows. They have got a couple of papers that they have sponsored. But i'm not going to change my practice based on anything we've discussed to day,. certainly not any of these new air fancy ventilation modes.
