A study by bjornson looking at delayed hypertrophic super compensation was the first empirical evidence that i'd seen that convincingly demonstrated that it could exist. We republished that article on stronger by science which is linked in the show notes if you would like to read it. It's probably not going to show up in terms of like, huge visual changes. But theoretically it's a net positive.
