i think there was a lot of anxiety at that point in time, just given what had happened in two thousand seven, two thousand eight, would that market even recover? Most people lived through it. Half the home builders in america went on to business in two thousand nine eight,. So they're absolutely paranoid about something like that appening. There's something like less houses built in the last ten years than any time since the fifties or sixties. And so i think right now they're seeing these opportunities, i being in real estate. We have an incredible investor base. Our investor base does a great job of understanding the value of owning a tangible assat class diversification.
