I think over the next decade or less, it will slowly become more powerful and probably replace many of the tasks that recruiters do today. I think you're going to see chatbots that are empowered by this AI technology already emerging recent discussions with Microsoft and with chat GPT. But it doesn't necessarily mean that they're all recruiters are going to disappear. It just means that skills will shift,. You'll be able to do things or be required to do things that maybe you don't have time to do today.
