Ray Palmer is a writer who launched a similar magazine, The Other World and Science Stories. He wrote about the Battle of Los Angeles in which US authorities gathered on coastline to meet visitors. One eyewitness even described an object he'd seen looking as an enormous flying lozenge. It's full of properties were revealed, a gigantic discus that could have perched over the financial district resting on the spires of skyscrapers.
