i didn't have enough brain recovery this past week end. i was feeling a little tired on monday, because i did a lot of brain boosting activities. But naps are brain recovery. A just relaxing on the couch, watching a little bit of tv, especially if it's mindless and it's not too a stimulating. Make sure you add in relax time when you're not doing things. Go do some loves therapy. If you like a thrifting, go thrifts. Cooking is a beautiful way to recover. In recovery mode, put alpaeton music on your computer or phone. It will include hanging out with friends, especially if you do weird stuff like we do.
