The Importance of Keeping Insights
I would even say the off missing ingredient is not the walking and listening to an audiobook and so on. A lot of people do that these days, but to write down a single word of an insight. For example, here in our conversation, maybe a zettled cousin. If you write it down and you have one method of looking at these notes in the future, you will remember this conversation and it will be like reinforced,. Right? And it will help you to maybe get back to it, maybe dig deeper, but you won't lose it.
