By the time you become a dad, you've got a whole lot of context for what a dad can look like. The three most important things that I want my kid to have are empathy, resilience, and curiosity. That means I need to check in regularly to make sure I'm living by those characteristics. If I'm like my dad, my son will have hit the lotto.
