What's the Nail It and Scale It?

In my experience, what people don't see is the preceding ten years where you've been doing that hard grind work and figuring out exactly what things make your market tick. In fact, just had a e a guess on my pid cast ar, that essentially th they said they were three weeks from having to close the business, and they figure out one thing that put em on a trajectory to where now now they're definitely on track to unicorn status. And it's not what you would normally think it was. It was a change in the business model.
