We could have in our life a turning point event. And so when that happened, this goes back to disruption. When your goals get disrupted, and we're talking about the goal, maybe to lose some way to do it may be the daily habits. Do one minute five times to day, just in between stuff as well, and keep things rolling. Right? Every time the the scab gets off there is. Whichever one you'll just keep doing so you figure out how to make it happen. That's what i've been doing tom again,. i kind of, i kind of burnt out on weight lifting and stuff. I don't even have a a again.
