Some papyrus fragments of those rolls that joseph smith purchased with mummies have come to light. Most were destroyed in the fire, the chicago fire. But a few were preserved and ended up in the metropolitan museum which then found their way back to church headquarters. As egyptologists are crying foul, saying, oh, we can read those now, and joseph Smith was wrong. Those are not, that's not the book of abraham.
