I think it's very wise not to name tools and technologies too far in advance, or maybe not even at all, until they're already using them. Instead you just simply introduce the way you do this is by asking questions and so forth and you don't give it a name. And then maybe hours later you say, oh, by the way, that was value chain. I find that because sometimes when you just mentioned, let's use this method,. It's so abstract to them. They can't really tell what kind of benefit it comes out to them.
