How to Persuade People to Write Tests

The problem is that nothing works. You cannot persuade people to write tests, you can only argue with results on social media. I tried to have an development, was to have the specification in more business facing. It doesn't mean that you have to throw it to anyone. But it means that you might write it in a way that you understand what's the business case. That might be one of the ideas that you can tell. Finish something early and it works. So apparently the matter is good.
