As the country becomes more diverse, those elements that were kind of there all long become more accentuated or ime explicit. I mean, i think that it's, there were all these stupid debates about economic anxiety versus racial anxiety after the 20 sixteenth election. But ah, it is true that wages have been stagnating for the middle class and the working class and the poor. And so appealing to some of those anxieties that are very present in white, under educated communities is a savage strategy for winning office.
