The new people coming in are much more knowledgeable about health and wellness. But they're also much more unfit, because many schools took out mandatory physical fitness. The state came in a few years ago to fix the pension thing but ended up creating a second tier of pension people who will have to work longer. So I think that this is gonna backfire big time. Because we created that second level of pension, the job is less desirable.
