The Importance of Generalists in the Marketplace

What we've seen me missing in the last few years are the generalists. People who understand lots of things and can configure technology into strategic solutions will allow you to take the business to the next level. Right now, we don't have a lot of generalists, more specialists. We're going to need more generalists. But we're still going to need specialists as well.
