Into the Wild: A Novel of the 90s
If you don't know Into the Wild, you might have been living off the grid in a bus for some period of time. For years after it came out, the book was in the front of all the Barnes & Nobles around anywhere. There was a sort of canon of literary nonfiction that the 90s were built on. Oliver Sacks, Bill Bryson, Philip Graevich and Mark Krolansky are among them.
