Is the Health Check Taking Five Seconds to Respond?

Health checks, to be fair, are really complicated. There's a lot of queries ind theladio. And tat's trying to find the rules we actually apply to dynamic sampling in our house cops bot. But basically, what i think we do is we have only sample health checks because they don't matter. They matter sometimes. Like this week, we had a situation where health checks were taking five seconds to respond, but regular requests not. That was an interesting thing to dig in.
