How to Make Planning a Habit
The best way to make planning a habit is to actually schedule it in and think about where it fits into your life. You may want to put in a weekly review into your work week if you can. For me, time blocking is useful when I know I have some unstructured time. If you have a lot of rituals then you don't necessarily need to time block.
