Behavioral scientists have spent the past ten or 15 years developing evidence based about what works in different policy contexts. But presenting that information to a leader in a public sector context, or in any context, really does not magically mean that that new insight is going to be taken up and used in policy making. There's a second behavior challenge, or behavior on which is ocate once you know that something works,. one of the behavior barriers and psychological barriers that policy makers face in adopting that evidence.
