The Tension Between Dynamic and Stable Income Development Patterns
I feel like there is this. I wrote about this in my first book. I don't want people to idealize complex adaptive systems as somehow always good in all instances because you do reach a point of success where things become stable and stagnant. Right now we have a system that has nothing but dynamism right like dynamism to the point of stagnation. But going the other way will get you that stagnant forest of sequoias which may be beautiful in some ways, but is not dynamic. And so it's like you have to kind of like scaffold your way to a healthy building culture without zoning for a while.
