How to Treat Hodgkin's Lymphoma

The diagnosis of any lymphoma, including Hodgkin's lymphoma, requires an excisional biopsy of the lymph node. In early stage classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma, we treat in the easiest sense chemotherapy plus radiation. The use of PET scans really does guide our therapy. And lastly, nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma is the exact opposite of classic Hodgkin's and can be treated with Ritux-Mab plus chemotherapy.
