Downtime isn't just bubble baths it's boundaries and I think that's something that all of us can really keep in mind oftentimes. Individual variation is much more important for leadership effectiveness than gender you know gender doesn't play a big role but what happens is the more we focus on gender the more everyone unconsciously thinks that men are actually better leaders so there's this weird kind of issue where you sort of got to treat everyone the same in a way and now that's of course contentious because we've just spent the last hour saying women have these challenges.
