Is Renting a Better Option?

I wonder if people that may have turned to selling the asset right now are sort of considering whether renting is a better option. Well, the sales markets in flux, but again, I think it is, it is definitely by price point location. And so we're seeing a lot of people saying, you know, I'm not necessarily going to sell my residence there, but do I want to live there full time.
