The monks are of course, or male, yet the tourists are a mix of men and women. Did you notice differences in the way that male and female tourists experience Buddhism in Thailand? I mean, the only real difference was whenever like, especially women, volunteers, tourists would be told, "Don't touch a monk" But otherwise these student monks are very, they're kind of used to being around women because they're,. they're in the city. They have even more recently, they have lay students. Some of them are women in both the universities. So they're used to beingaround women and they're not as strict about the distance as an forest monk would be.
