The SEC's Multi-Dimensional Approach Is Great
The more price points you put, the more jokers are going to come out there with their arbitrage games. The SIBO's analysis was really interesting because once they did their multi-dimensional approach, they came down to 67 stocks. They said, okay, these 67 would benefit from a smaller tick size. And liquidity did build on some names that caused, believe it or not, spreads could widen.
