Strength Training Is a Risky Activity

The benefits are there, and the seem to be very clear, that the performance gains alone would sort of a quite. The other one being that strength training is dangerous. And again, looking at thethe actual evidence that it's a risky activity. But i don't think that risk is unique to resistance training. If you're going to embark upon these types of activities, which seem to be quite beneficial, then you probably need to find yourself somebody, a coach or a trainer who'sh got qualifications in this.
