Is There a One Size Does Not Fit All?

Our policy is that we have all of our people in the office. We believe it's just as important for people to collaborate and be mentored on a Monday or Friday as it is on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I think with the conversion of some of the office stock into something else, whether it's residential or even in some cases, people are converting it into industrial logistics and storage. But I think that will absolutely help. And so I'm hoping that's going to happen.
